Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer standard shipping and may offer expedited options at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.
Currently, we only ship to addresses in Canada.

3. Delivery Time

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your package online.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to replace or refund your items as quickly as possible.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns on new books and merchandise within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition. Used books and merchandise cannot be returned unless they were damaged or the wrong item was sent.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@bookysbook.ca with your order details.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are available if you received a damaged item or the wrong item. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the item. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Used books and merchandise cannot be returned unless they were damaged or the wrong item was sent.
